Denison - Linda Jane Daniel, age 71, passed away Tuesday, April 1, 2014 at Texoma Medical Center in Denison.
Linda Jane Williams was born March 11, 1943 in Denion, daughter of Housan "Delane" Williams, Sr. and Zeta "Lucille" Wisdom.  Mrs. Daniel was a homemaker for many years, and worked numerous other jobs including Levi Strauss, Kraft Foods, Hayes Video and Woodlawn Country Club.  She was an incredibly talented woman and enjoyed doing needle point, cross stitch, and writing poetry.  She thoroughly enjoyed her time with her two boys while fishing, bowling and playing bingo.  Out of all her life's accomplishments, her greatest joy was found in her family.  She loved her boys, grandchildren and other family beyond measure, and she will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
Mrs. Daniel is survived by two sons, Charles and Jason Daniel; 4 grandchildren, Keegan Russey, Charlie Daniel, Kaden Daniel, and Kalee Daniel; stepmother, Mary Williams; 4 brothers, James Fritts and wife, Karen; Housan Delane Williams, Jr. and wife, Wanda; Kenneth Williams and wife, Duann; and Michael Williams and wife, Pam; 4 sisters, Sandra Hattaway Morgan; Cathy Williams; Barbara Williams; and Debra Cowart; and numerous nieces and nephews, cousins and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and brother, Butch Hattaway.
Funeral services for Mrs. Williams were held at 10 a.m. Friday, April 4, 2014 at Fisher Funeral Home Chapel.  Interment followed at Cedarlawn Memorial Park.  Arrangements were under the direction of Fisher Funeral Home, Denison.
