Denison - Graveside service for John T. Clark, Jr., 83, of 518 Marcel, who died Saturday in a local hospital, were held Monday morning in the Cedarlawn Memorial Park with Rev. Dale Gore officiating.  Bratcher Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Clark was born December 31, 1904, in Van Buren, Arkasnas, son of Mr. and Mrs. John T. Clark Sr.  He married Juanita Baird November 21, 1936, in Wilson, Oklahoma.  He was employed by Dr. Pepper Bottling Company from 1924 to 1933.  He was employed by the Texas Employment Commission from 1933 to 1940 and after retirement from the Army returned to the commission until his retirement December 31, 1969.  He served in World War II with the 70th Division and also during the Korean Conflict.  He retired as a member of the First Baptist Church, Billie Mosse Lodge 1152, Denison Rod and Gun Club, Elks Lodge, VFW, and the 70th Infantry Division Association. 
Surviving are his wife and a sister, Isabel Ellison of Denison.
