Denison - Bobby Ray Clontz changed his earthly address to a heavenly one on June 4, 2014.  His wife Lois Ann was with him.
Bobby was born at home on Tuesday, October 14, 1930, son of William Arthur Clontz and Minnie M. Davis Clontz.  He married Lois Ann Means December 31, 1960; he said he had waited 30 years to find the right girl.  Lois was 17; 53 plus years later, only death could separate them.
Bobby was #5 of 6 boys, Marion, Erman, Wesley and Paul Gene preceded him in death.  Carlos and Loretta Clontz still live at Scurry, Texas.  There are many nieces, nephews and cousins.
He worked as a telegraph lineman for the Katy Railroad for 7 years, then his first love, carpentry, working with wood.  He worked for J.B. Sims Construction 33 years.  He was raised Baptist and was a deacon.  He believed anyone that accepted Jesus as Savior was his brother or sister in the Lord - no denominations needed.
Funeral services were held Saturday morning at Chapel on the Hill in Cedarlawn Memorial Park, Sherman, with Pastor Michael Daniels officiating.  Burial followed at Cedarlawn Memorial Park.
