Services for Mildred "Mickey" Arrington Cox were held Friday afternoon, March 6, 2009 at the Chapel on the Hill in Cedarlawn Memorial Park.  Rev. Kenneth Dacus of Victory Missionary Baptist Church officiated.  Arrangements were under the direction of Dannel Funeral Home.
Mickey passed away on Wednesday, March 4, 2009 at the Homestead Nursing Center in Denison after a lengthy illness.
She was born on August 24, 1921, daughter of Robert Lee McGill and Alice Ella Kenneday McGill in Waurika, Oklahoma. Mickey was employed at pool manufacturing, Gladiola and Red River Home Health.
On December 5, 1969, she married Ollie V. Arrington in Sherman. He preceded her in death on October 17, 1998. On May 8, 2004 she married A.G. "Jack" Cox in Denison, and he preceded her in death on December 6, 2005.
She was a charter and faithful member of the Victory Missionary Baptist Church. She served in many areas of the church until her health would not allow her to do so.
She is survived by numerous nephews and nieces.  Her principal family care giver was Donald G. Thomas of Denison with the sometimes assistance of Kenneth E. Kinnamon of Rockville, Maryland.
