Bobbie Jim Anderson, 97, of Bells, went to be with the Lord, March 1, 2022.  Funeral services were held Mondaday morning, March 7, 2022 in Waldo Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Dennis Garner officiating.
Bobbie was born in Weston, Texas, October 4, 1924, daughter of Jeffy James Wilson and Amy Miller Wilson.  She married J.W. Anderson, March 24, 1946 and they raised 4 daughers, living in Gunter at the time.
Bobbie worked in production at Texas Instruments for 18 years, retiring in 1987.  She was a wonderful seamstress, sewing her daughters' clothes and a great cook.  She loved playing basketball, as well as dancing when she was younger.  She was a huge Texas Rangers fan who watched or listened to games religiously.  Bobbie, equipped with a quick wit and great sense of humor, kept everyone around her laughing.
She was preceded in death by her husband, J.W. Anderson; her parents; daughter, Janice Anderson; sisters, Irene Savage and Helen Harrison.
She is survived by daughter and their husbands: Amy and Jack Pryor of Bells; Anita and Jeff Lansford of Bells; Sandra and Bud Burke of Yukon, Oklahoma; grandchildren: Darla and Shane Wilson of Crandall, Texas; Jody French of Austin, Texas; Tina and Dub Jeffrey of Bells; Dee and Pam Smith of Crestview, Florida; Corey and Paula Rolen of Youngsville, Louisiana; Kirk and Ashley Rolen of Moore, Oklahoma; Kyle Rolen of Yukon, Oklahoma; Keeton and Amanda Rolen of Newberry, Florida.
She is also survived by great-grandchildren: Chad Purdom, Brad Purdom, Courtney Lester, Dakora Berthiaume, Olivia Burke, Alexa Rolen Flanagan, Emma Rolen, Zoe Rolen, Landon Rolen, Selah Rolen, Kyrin Rolen, Jyntri Rolen, Ava Rolen, William Rolen, Nathan Rolen; great-great-grandchildren: Waylon Purdom, Noah Berthiaume, Arabella Barthiaume and Arthur Flanagan.
Also surviving is a brother, Garry Wilson and wife, Joyce, of Pilot Point, Texas; sister, Bernice Vincent of Dorchester; and a number of nieces and  nephews.
Pallbearers were Kyle Rolen, Corey Rolen, Kirk Rolen, Keeton Rolen, Shane Wilson, Chad Purcom, Brad Purdom, Jody French and Dakora Berthiaume.  Waldo Funeral home had charge of arrangements. - - - Waldo Funeral Home
