for Kathleen Arledge, 76, of Sherman were held Monday in Dannel Funeral
Home with burial in Cedarlawn Memorial Park. She died Friday at her
home.
Mrs. Arledge was born in Van Alstyne, a daughter of Alfred Hill and Nellie Hunter Hill, and married Lewis Arledge on September 9, 1944, in Sherman. She was a member of East Sherman Baptist Church and worked with the Children Ministries. Surviving are her stepson, James Lewis Arledge of Garland; step-daughter, Patsy Kendall of Plano; brothers, L.C. Hill of Van Alstyne; Dolten Hill of Ft. Worth; and Theodore Hill and Jack Hill of Sherman; sisters, Sue Hopper of Van Alstyne; Eveline Klas, Bonnie Hill and Opal Del Armstrong, all of Sherman; and Robbie Tellman of Irving; and 2 step-grandchildren. The family suggests that those who wish may make memorials to the East Sherman Baptist Church Building Fund, 601 S.
