Louise passed away at 9:25 a.m. Sunday, Oct. 18, 2009 to be with the Lord and claim the eternal promise of Jesus Christ. She
resided at Stonebrook for the past three years and is remembered for her beautiful blue eyes and love for her family. She was born Aug. 13, 1925, in Weston to Beatrice J. and Ira R. Miller and graduated from Celina High School. She worked hard all her life and enjoyed taking care of others.


She was an outspoken and spunky lady and is survived by two daughters and their families: Kay and Jim Neeley of Rockwall; Mary and John Wade of Van Alstyne. Her two grandchildren lovingly called her "Mo": David and Candace Wade of Valparaiso, Ind.: Lora and Ernie Creach of Spokane Valley, Wash. She is also survived by six great-grandsons, one great-granddaughter due in November, two "grand-dogs," and two "grand-cats." Also surviving are six sisters and one brother.

She was preceded in death by her parents, three sisters, and two brothers.

A beautiful graveside service conducted by her grandson, David Wade, will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 20, 2009 at the Cannon Cemetery, located 4-1/2 miles east of Van Alstyne on F.M. 121. Arrangements are entrusted to the care and direction of Waldo
Funeral Home, Sherman. Visitation will be held from 6 -8 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 19 at Cannon Baptist Church, located five miles east of Van Alstyne on FM 121.


Pallbearers are David Wade, Jimmy Neeley, John Wade, Roger Dale Miller, Mike Weatherley, and Larry Phillips. Her six great-grandsons will be honorary pallbearers.

The family wishes to thank the staff of Stonebrook, Meadowbrook, The Hospice Center, and Hospice Plus for their loving care and support. Special thanks goes to Crystal and Jose for their loving care in her last hours.
