 Thomas E. Reardon 1852 - 1940  The Sunday Gazetteer January 6, 1901 The Denison Press Monday, May 13, 1940 DEATH ROLL Thomas E. Reardon, 86, a retired real estate and insurance dealer and resident of Denison for 55 years, was found dead in his room at 517 W. Chestnut, Sunday morning about 10:30. He died suddenly. Funeral services will be held at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday from Short-Murray chapel, Rev. Patrick McNamee officiating. Interment will be at Calvary cemetery, Short-Murray directing. Mr. Reardon was born at Joliet, Illinois, November 21, 1853, son of Mr. and Mrs. John Reardon. He came to Denison about 55 years ago entering the real estate and insurance business and at one time was a partner of J.E. Howard in the Howard and Reardon agency. He was a member of the Elks, Eagles and Masonic lodges and the Society of Vorwaerts.
