The Sunday Gazetteer Sunday, October 10, 1897 pg. 4 Death of Fay Marguerite Tobin At Mena, Arkansas, September 30, Fay Tobin, the little daughter of Conductor Will Tobin, died after a brief illness. The remains were brought to this city and interred in Calvary Cemetery Saturday, the 2d of October, The funeral was one of the largest that has ever followed the remains of a child to the grave. Little Fay was greatly loved by those who knew her while a resident of Denison. Words of condolence go but a short way to tide over the sorrow that Mr. and Mrs. Tobin feel at the loss of their child. She was the ray of sunshine that illuminated their happy home now made desolate. Expressions of sorrow are all that we can give the parents and in which all will join with the Gazetteer in tendering Mr. and Mrs. Tobin.
