Theresa "Myrtis" Thompson passed away on Monday, Marcy 26, 2018 in Tomball, Texas.  She was 92.
Myrtis was born March 24, 1926 in Delcambre, Louisiana to Aurelie and Agnes Falgout.  She graduated from Delcambre High School and attended business school in Lafayette, Louisiana.  She married Bill "B.D." Thompson on May 5, 1946 in Delcambre, Louisiana.  They were married 57 years before his death on March 14, 2003.
Myrtis retired in 1963 from Exxon Mobil Corporation after 25 years of service.  She was a member of St. Patrick Catholic Church in Denison and was active with its Altar Society.  She also volunteered with the Auxiliary at Texoma Medical Center in Denison.
Myrtis loved sports, especially baseball and was a huge fan of the Texas Ragners.  She also enjoyed water skiing and snow skiing.
Myttis is survived by her dauthers, Katherine Thompson and Theresa Thompson; sister, Lillian LeBlanc and brother, John Falgout; grandchildren, Rob Liebbe and wife, Kim; James Liebbe and wife, Valerie; and Cynthia DeKeyzer and husband, James; great-grandchildren, William and Sam Liebbe, Anna, Ella, Eli and Asher Liebbe; and Walker and Wyatt Rollins, as well as numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Funeral services were held at St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Denison on Saturday, April 7.  Burial followed at Calvary Cemetery, Denison. A rosary was held at Johnson-Moore Funeral Home in Denison on Friday, April 6.
The family suggests that memorials be made to St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Denison. - - - Johnson-Moore Funeral Home
