  Don L. Barnes 21 February 1944 - 8 February 2013 Brenda K. Barnes 4 March 1951 -   The Herald Democrat February 10, 2013 Funeral services for Don L. Barnes Sr., 68, were held at 1 p.m., Wednesday, February 13, in Waldo Funeral Home Chapel with David Murphy of North Park Baptist Church officiating. Interment followed at Akers Cemetery. Mr. Barnes passed away on Friday at UT Southwestern St. Paul Medical Center in Dallas. Survivors include his wife, Brenda Kay of Sherman; son, Don Barnes Jr. of Sherman; daughter, Tracy Bermea of Ft.
