Holcomb last week purchased the Aztec theatre and is now conducting the
business of that firm. Mr. Holcomb lived in Van Alstyne a number
of years, operating the old Lyric theatre. He left in 1925 for
Dallas. He has also lived at Troupe and Carthage where he was
connected with the theatre business.
Mr. Holcomb is well know to Van Alstyne showgoers. He operates under a sound policy. He is planning a new policy for the Aztec, especially on Bank night. Details will be released later. Mr. and Mrs. Holcomb have moved to the Stinnett home on South Waco street.  W. R.
