  • New Binkley House (three stories), corner of Travis and Pecan streets, value $70,000.
  • New Beller House (three stories), corner of Travis and Pecan streets, value $20,000.
  • Brick business houses (two stories), J. W. Simmons, corner of Walnut and Lamar streets, value $5000.
