Relatives here have beeen informed of the serious condition of W.S. Barr of Amarillo, who was run over by an automobile there two weeks ago, breaking both bones in his leg above the knee and crushing the bone in the lower part of the same limb.  W.S. is the ten-year-old nephew of the Scott brothers, and has made his home with them here most of his life.  He went to Amarillo a few months ago to live with his mother, Mrs. Nettie Burgess.  The accident occurred near his home, as he returned from school.  His many friends and playmates sympathize with him, and wish for him complete recovery.  His condition during the past two weeks has been very critical.
