Thursday, October 8, 1936 pg. 4 Mahurin News Mrs. William Ideker has returned to her home in San Antonio, after a month's visit with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Oland Bush. Mr. and Mrs. P.H. Hall and family spent Sunday in Ector with Mr. and Mrs. Till Baldwin. Mr. and Mrs. John Jones and family of Whitewright spent Sunday with Mr. and Mrs. Oland Bush. Mr. and Mrs. Tom Hall and little son, Royce, spent Sunday with Mr. and Mrs. W.F. Farmer in Westminster. Misses Alda Mae and Lyndell Bush and Mrs. John Coleman of Whitewright and Mr. and Mrs. Vivian Grammer visited Mr. and Mrs. Oland Bush Monday night. Mr. and Mrs. P.H. Hall and family were in Denison Saturday evening. Mr. and Mrs. Lee May of Enterprise spent Sunday with Mr. and Mrs. F.B. Blanton. Elmer Mullican and sister, Miss Dessie, who have been making their home the past year with their brother, Arthur, moved to Greenville Monday. Miss Alma Hall honored Mrs. Elsie Ideker with a miscellaneous shower at the home of her mother, Mrs. Oland Bush, Monday evening. Hostesses were Mrs. Oland Bush, Mrs. James Burris and Miss Hall. Refreshments were served to Miss Laura Mae Brown, Misses Katherine and Audrey Fae Hutchins, Miss Maerine Withrow, Mrs. Grady Layman, Mrs. Tom Hall, Mrs. Aaron Burris, Mrs. Olion Bartley, and Misses Leona and Reba Bush. Alfred Rouse has returned to San Antonio, after a visit with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Andy Rouse. Mrs. Oland Bush and son, Leon, were in Sherman Friday. Mr. and Mrs. Olion Bartley and little daughter, Ola Lee, were Bonham visitors Saturday night. Mr. and Mrs. Talmadge Harvey of Enterprise spent Sunday in this community visiting relatives.
