Mr. Cole served as mayor of Denison in 1983-1988, Ben Munson IV in 1991-1997 according to Internet sources.

William Benjamin (“Ben”) Munson IV is the Chairman of Munson, Munson, Cardwell & Tillett, Attorneys at Law. Mr. Munson served in several public offices including City of Denison Mayor in 1991-1997, Texas House of Representatives 1971-1975, Chairman of the State Property Tax Board 1979-1990, Chairman of the Texas Workers Compensation Insurance Fund 1991-1996, and Real Estate Closing Attorney for the Small Business Administration. He is a lifetime resident of Denison with his wife, Susie and daughters; Merry, Kathryn and Meg. He received his Bachelor of Business Administration Degree at the University of Notre Dame and later attended the University of Texas School of Law. He is both Texas & Oklahoma Bar certified. Mr. Munson is a former captain of the U.S. Army Reserve and received the U.S. Army Commendation Medal in 1969. He was also awarded the outstanding community service award by the Denison Chamber of Commerce and Denison Rotary Club.

Ronnie Cole, owner of Crouch Home Furnishings, is a longtime Denison resident. Mr. Cole attended Grayson County College where he earned an associates degree in 1965 and continued his education with a B.A. in Business Administration from Sam Houston State University and a masters in Education Administration from Texas A & M University. Mr. Cole has served as Chairman of the Denison Chamber of Commerce, Chairman-elect of the Denison Industrial Foundation, Past-chairman of the Denison Development Alliance and twice president of the Downtown Denison Association.

He is a member of Waples Methodist Church where he has served on numerous committees. Mr. Cole served as mayor of Denison from 1983-1988. He is married to wife, Rita and has 2 children and 3 grandchildren.
