TWO SERIOUS ACCIDENTS
An Arm Cut Off and a Shoulder Broken

George Howe, an employe in the M., K. & T. Machine Shops, was caught by the machinery while at work this afternoon and his right arm cut off between the wrist and elbow. Mr. Howe was taken to his residence on Morgan Street, where he was attended by a surgeon.

SHOULDER BROKEN
Thos. Jones, a farmer near Georgetown, fell from a load of hay in this city and had his left shoulder broken. Mr. Jones is about60 years of age and is known as a hard-working and industrious farmer.
