This is the oldest furniture establishment in Denison – in fact, it is the pioneer house. The News takes pleasure in referring to the above institution as one of the most complete and best stocked in Denison.

Mr. Ledrick's arrangements are such as to enable him to sell at a most reasonable price and on liberal terms. He known exactly what kind of furniture is needed in this country. The public will find Mr. Ledrick an accommodating gentleman and an experienced hand at the business he is engaged in. He works for the interest of his customers as well as his own. He allows no one to undersell him and it is one of the points of the business, a customer once secured shall have no occasion to go elsewhere, if fair dealing and liberal treatment will hold them. His is continually enlarging his stick, and, upon the whole, no furniture house in the city or North Texas can offer superior inducements to the farmer, country merchant or city resident. A look through his mammoth establishment will convince customers that they need not look elsewhere for anything they want.
