J.E. STREEPER
Eclipse Livery Stable
This handsome brick livery establishment is situated on the corner of Main street and Burnet avenue. There is no citizen who stands higher in Denison than J.E. Streeper, no more polite or courteous gentleman, and his courteous deportment has been engrafted on all the employees under him. An admirable judge of live stock, he has an elegant stock of horses, spanking teams, saddle horses, ponies, family horses, with a fine assortment of buggies, carriages, hacks, drummers' wagons, and all other vehicles used in his line. His drivers are polite and respectful, and the whole business conducted only as an old livery stable man and a genial gentleman would conduct it. The greatest attention is given to the wants and wishes of his customers, while his prices are reasonable. His location should not be forgotten by those wishing either a riding pony or a four-in-hand.

Mr. Streeper was also the proprietor of the Colonnade Hotel, located at 324-326 West Main Street in Denison, Texas, during the late 1880s.
