Action Line Co Newer Industry
Action Line Co., a Denison firm since 1969 when it took over the Regal Miss dress plant, now employes 60 persons in the manufacturing of uniforms.

The firm, owned by Phillip Arinoff of Dallas, bought the physical plant here of Regal Miss owned by Jake B. Covey.

The Regal Miss firm here was the result of a merger between two Covey owned firms, the Regal Miss in Sherman and the Royal Dress Manufacturing plant here. In 1963, the two firms were mergedinto one, which took the Regal Miss name in Denison.

The building used in Denison had been the Whistle Vess bottling plant and the operation was later moved to an old bowling alley on Highway 75A south which is now the home of Action Line Co.

Today pantsuits are one of the largest lines in production. Although the major product of the company is for commercial laundrying rental uniforms, high fashion styles for companies such as air lines are increasing in production rapidly.
