     R. C. (Seak) Walts, 71, of Waco, died Tuesday at a local hospital.
     
     Services will be at 1 p.m. Friday at Wilkerson-Hatch Funeral Chapel, with Olen Adams officiating.  Burial will be at Criswell Cemetery in Falls County.
     
     Mr. Walts was born Feb.13, 1916, near Thornton in Limestone County.  He attended school in Limestone County.  He had lived in Big Hill and Groesbeck until 1954, when he moved to Bosqueville.  He married Ola Fay Stone July 26, 1935.  He was a member of the Church of Christ.
     
     Survivors include his wife; three sons, Robert G. Walts, Don A. Walts and John B. Walts, all of Waco; three sisters, Jean McDaniel of Lott, Essie Schroeder of Riesel and Zelda Fowler of Killeen; three brothers, Billy Walts and Roland Walts, both of Killeen, and R.T. Walts of Uvalde; 12 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
     
     The family has designated the Criswell Cemetery Association or the American Cancer Society for memorials.
