Bessie Irene (Maricle) Wolf

    EDDY -- Bessie Irene Wolf, age 73 of Eddy, died Sunday at her residence.  Services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Bruceville Baptist Church, with Rev. Roger (Buddy) Reed and Rev. Jim Gray officiating.  Burial will be at Waco Memorial Park.

     Mrs. Wolf was born in Falls County on December 11, 1922, the daughter of Oliver and Clara Maricle.  She graduated from Troy High School in 1940.  She married Louie Albert Wolf on June 2, 1949.  He preceded her in death on Sept. 21, 1991.  She was retired from Spenco Medical Corporation.  She was an active member of Bruceville Baptist Church and the Golden Circle Sunday School Class.

    Survivors include two daughters, Nelda Wolf of Dallas and Sandra Scarborough and husband, Gary of Riesel; two sons, Dwaine Wolf and wife, Peggy of Troy, Texas, and Dana Wolf and wife, Jackie of Eddy; four sisters, Corine Litton of Mesquite, Margaret Thrasher of Lindale, Annie Bell Phelps of Chilton and Laura Mae Lindsay of Robinson; four brothers, Curtis Maricle of Sweeney, Alvin Maricle of Eddy, Lawrence Ray Maricle of Lancaster and O. C. Maricle of Hawkins; six grandchildren, Anita and husband, Joe Battista, Brandi Scarborough, Jake and Steven Wolf and Landon and Bethaney Wolf; and many nieces and nephews.
