Johnson Cemetery

The funeral of A. Williamson, age 79 years who died at his south of Reagan early Wednesday, was held at four o'clock Wednesday afternoon.

In ill health for sometime, Mr. Williamson was found dead by his wife, apparently having been stricken after arising during the night.  His demise was attributed to heart disease.

A native of East Texas, Mr. Williamson had been a resident of Falls county for more than half a century.  Engaged in farming pursuits, he was well known in this section.  He was a member of the Presbyterian church.

He is survived by his widow who, prior to her marrige to Mr. Williamson at Reagan, was Miss Fannie McCoy, a sister of the late R. S. McCoy of Marlin.  Surviving also are a son, Ed Williamson, and a daughter, Mrs. Jess Herridge, both of Reagan.

Last rites for deceased were conducted at the family residence by Rev. J. D. Barnes, Baptist pastor at Reagan.  Burial was in the Johnson cemetery.
