       GATESVILLE -- Mrs. Lella Mae Stone, 93, of Gatesville died Saturday at a Gatesville nursing home.
       Graveside services will be at 3 p.m. today at Waco Memorial Park, the Rev. Lloyd Sansom and the Rev. Plez Todd officiating.
       The family will be at Scott's Funeral from 8 a.m. to noon Monday.
       Mrs. Stone was born Oct. 15, 1894, in Blevins, daughter of Robert and Georgia Bowers.  She was reared and attended schools in Blevins.
       She was married to C.D.Stone on May 31, 1910.  She and her husband farmed in the Blevins Community until his death in May 1958.
       She moved to Gatesville in 1967..She was former superintendent of First United Methodist Church in Eddy.  She was a member of the Demonstration Club of Cego-Blevins.  She was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Gatesville.
       Survivors include three daughters, Mrs. Geneva Marshall of Kingsville, Mrs. Edna Hayman of Houston and Mrs. Lena Criswell of Albuquerque, N.M.; two sons Clois Stone of Gatesville and Charles Stone of Fredericksburg; 10 grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
       The family has the First United Methodist Church in Gatesville or the donor's favorite charity for memorials.

LELLA MAY STONE

       Mrs. Lella May Stone, 93, of Gatesville died Saturday in a Gatesville nursing home.

       Mrs. Stone married Charley David Stone on May 31, 1910.  They farmed in Blevins until his death in May 1958.
       Mrs. Stone was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Gatesville.
       Survivors are three daughters, Mrs. Geneva Marshall of Kingsville, Mrs. Edna Hayman of Houston and Mrs. Lena Criswell of Albuquerque, NM; two sons, Clois Stone of Gatesville and Charles Stone of Fredericksburg; ten grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.

       Services were held Oct. 19 at Waco Memorial Park with Rev. Lloyd Sansom and Rev. Plez Todd officiating.  Burial was in Waco Memorial Park.
       Born Oct. 15, 1894, in Blevins, she was the daughter of the late Robert and Georgia Bowers.  She was raised and attended school in Blevins.  She married Charley David Stone May 31, 1910.  She and her husband farmed in Blevins until his death in 1958.  She moved to Gatesville in 1967.  She was a member of the Demonstration Club of CEGO in Blevins.  She was a past superintendent of the First United Methodist Church Sunday School in Eddy and was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Gatesville.
       Survivors include three daughters, Mrs. Geneva Marshall of Kingsville, Mrs. Edna Hayman of Houston and Mrs. Lena Criswell of Albuquerque, NM; two sons, Clois Stone of Gatesville and Charles Stone of Fredericksburg; 10 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
       Honorary pallbearers were her grandsons and sons-in-law.
