Lillie Marstaller Gummelt

 

     Lillie Marstaller Gummelt, 73, of Austin, died Friday, May 19, 1989.

 

     She was born in Dot, Texas, and was a 41 year resident of Austin. Mrs. Gummelt was a member of University Hill Baptist Church, and a former longtime member of the Hyde Park Baptist Church.

 

     Funeral services will be held at 11:30 AM, Monday in the Colonial Chapel at Cook-Walden Funeral Home, with Dr. Ralph Smith officiating. Graveside services will be held at 3:30 PM, Monday at Waco Memorial Park in Waco, Texas.

 

     Mrs. Gummelt is survived by her husband, Louis Gummelt of Austin; daughters, Frances LaVerne Luke of Houston, and Carol Lawhon of Austin; sisters, Lydia Hansen of Waco and Viola Prause of Houston; brother, Charlie Marstaller, Jr. of Waco; grandchildren, Denise Winchell, Gayle Smith, David Luke, Lance Lawhon, Marcus Lawhon; two great-grandchildren, Michelle Winchell and Jared Smith.

 

     Pallbearers will be Rodney Montague, David Luke, Lance Lawhon, Marcus Lawhon, Marion Lake and Roger Lawhon.

 

     Arrangements by Cook-Walden Funeral Home, Lamar location.
