    L. L. Daniel, age 62 years, who resided near Durango, died in Marlin about 10:30 o'clock Tuesday night.  He was brought here for treatment about 10 days ago.
    Born in Butler, Ga., Mr. Daniel came to Texas in 1895, locating in Falls county where he had resided ever since.  He was married in 1901 to Miss Jennie Hasty, who, with five daughters and a son, survives him; also three  grand children.  He was a member of the Belfalls Old Fellows lodge.
    The funeral was announced for 3:30 o'clock Thursday afternoon with burial in Carolina Cemetery.

NOTE: The Belfalls Old Fellows lodge was written and spelled as it was in the article but it could have possibly been misspelled and should maybe read The Belfalls Odd Fellows lodge. kc
