MAVIS BEAUCHAMP
September 25, 1917 - January 23, 2006

     Mavis Gaynell (Waite) Beauchamp, 88, born September 25, 1917 in Reagan, passed away January 23, 2006 in Kingwood, Texas.

     A long-time resident of Port Arthur, Texas, she moved with her husband to Kingwood, Texas in 1981 and lived there until her death.

     Mavis was preceded in death by her husband of 45 years, George Dorrell Beauchamp on September 14, 1982 and her eldest son, James Marshall Beauchamp, September 20, 2005.

     She is survived by her daughter-in-law, Suzanne Beaird Beauchamp, wife of James; son, Ben Beauchamp; daughter, Mary Beth Richardson and husband Danny Ray Richardson, of Fredericksburg; six grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.

     Services were held at the Reagan Methodist Church in Reagan, January 28, 2006 at 2 p.m.

     In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Waite Cemetery Association, c/o Billie Maxwell, 1511 Lorene Lane, Marlin, TX 76661.
