BRESENHAN RITES ARE SCHEDULED
TODAY IN MARLIN

Marlin (SPL) -

Shelton Bresenhan of Marlin died at 7 p.m. Thursday in a Waco hospital.
He was 54.

Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. today in Adams Funeral Chapel in Marlin. Rev. A. A. Bratcher will officiate.  Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery.

Mr. Bresenhan was born in Chilton.  He attended the University of Texas and was a veteran of World War II.  He taught school and worked for the Texas Liquor Control Board. Mrs. Bresenhan, the former Marye Criswell, died earlier this year.

Survivors are one son, Pat Bresenhan of Marlin; one daughter, Mrs. Walter Cooling of La Porte; and two brothers, Maurice Bresenhan of Houston and Pat Bresenhan of Waco.
