Judge J. E. Boynton Dead.

       Judge Jam es (sic) E. Boynton died at his in Waco Wednesday morning.
       Deceased was one of the best known jurists in the state and his demise will be universally regretted (sic).  He was a frequent visitor to Marlin and had many warm friends here who admired him alike for his excellent traits of mind and heart.
       His death is a distinct loss to the legal fraternity and to the citizenship of Waco.
