Josephine Susie (Pennington) Boyd
July 20, 1914 – September 21, 2007

     Josephine Susie Boyd of Duncanville, formerly of Chilton, died Sept. 21, 2007 in Duncanville.

     Services were held Sunday in the First Baptist Church of Chilton. Burial was in Chilton Cemetery.

     Mrs. Boyd was born July 20, 1914, in Oglesby to Parker and Edna (Powell) Pennington. She married E. C. Boyd, Jr. May 15, 1937.  For the past 17 years, she has lived in the of Clifton and Frankie Boyd in Duncanville. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Chilton.

     Her husband preceded her in death April 6, 1975.

     She is survived by her daughter, Barbara Engelke and husband, Larry of Houston; son, Clifton Boyd and wife, Frankie of Duncanville; four grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
