Neck Was Broken in Fall.

Chilton, Tex., Sept.
21.--Joe Bensaw, a Mexican, who has lived in this section for several years, was
killed today about 11 o'clock.
He was drunk and driving down a steep
incline, going at a very rapid rate, when he became overbalanced and fell out of
his buggy, breaking his neck and dying instantly.
