Otis Allen

May 20 1924 – July 3, 2006

     A funeral will be at 1 p.m. Monday, July 3, 2006, Omega Funeral & Cremation Service for Otis Allen, who died June 28 at age 82.

     Mr. Allen was born May 20, 1924, in Marlin, Texas, and moved to Portland in 1940. During World War II, he served in the Army. He was a laborer and driver. In 1955, he married Stella Hall; she died in 1991.

     Survivors include his daughter, Debra; son, Darrold; brother, Denoris; companion, Katherine Atkeson; two grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
