REV. STREATER NAMED
AS COMMISSIONER TO
THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY

       Rev. H. B. Streater of Marlin, Rev. J. P. McCrary of Austin, and ruling elders Drayton McLane of Cameron and Dr. Charles Phillips of Temple have been named by the Central Texas Presbytery as commissioners to the General Assembly of the Presbyterian church in the United States which begins its 93rd annual meeting June 4 at Montreal, N.C.
       The general assembly is the highest judicatory body of the Southern Presbyterian church.
