            Miss Christine Voelter, bride-elect of Personnel 2c E.H. Drake of U.S. Navy, was honored with a luncheon here Saturday at 1:30 p.m. at the of Mrs. Frank B. McCoy.  Close friends of the honoree were in attendance.
