Notice---Sheriff's Sale

County of Falls

By Virtue of an Order of Sale, issued out of the Honorable District Court of Falls County, on 9th, day of June, A.D. 1931, by the Clerk thereof, in the case of
Joe Geistman and W. L. Girndt verses O. E. Heugatter and Mrs. O. E. Heugatter No. 10704 and to me, as Sheriff, directed and delivered, I will proceed to sell for cash, within the hours prescribed by law for Sheriff's sales, on the First Tuesday in July, A.D. 1931 it being the Seventh day of said month, before the Court House door of said Falls County, in the City of Marlin, the following described property, to-wit: Lot No. 14 in Block No. 29 of the Town of Rosebud, Falls County, Texas; levied on as the property of O. E. Heugatter and Mrs. O. E. Heugatter to satisfy a judgement amounting to $1214.11 in favor of Joe Geistman and $603.12 in favor of W. L. Girndt, and costs of suit.
