    J. L. Daniel of Galveston county and R. A. Daniel of Jefferson county ask $3000 for alleged damages to land, while B. D. Pierson asks $600 for loss of crops in a suit filed against Edgar Masters in Falls county district court, outgrowth of erection of a levee in what is described as the Pool creek section west of the Brazos river.
    The petition to the court also asks for a mandatory injunction commanding removal of the levee, set forth as being on defendant's land on the south of the Daniel land, which Pierson worked as a tenant last year.
