Funeral Services For Prominent Attorney
Held in State Capital

    The funeral of C. K. Lee, uncle of Mrs. Howard Smith of Marlin, who died at his in Galveston, Wednesday, was held in Austin at 10 o'clock this morning.
    Dr. Lee was a prominent Texas lawyer, at one time being general attorney for the Santa Fe railroad at Fort Worth.  He had a wide acquaintance among members of the legal fraternity of the state.
    Surviving are his wife, a nephew, Dr. G. H. Lee of Galveston, and two nieces, Miss Emma Lee of Galveston and Mrs. Smith of Marlin.
    Dr. and Mrs. Smith left Wednesday night for Austin to attend the funeral.
