PLEAS OF GUILTY ENTERED
TO TURKEY THEFT CHARGES

Convicted of theft of a turkey from Eugene Martin, three defendants were given one year in the pen each by a jury in Falls county district court Friday with credit for 30 days they have been in jail on their sentences.  Their names were Sam Lander, Babe Releford and Joe Graham.

The defendants entered pleas of guilty to the indictments and filed applications for suspended sentences.

Members of the jury were Russell Winfrey, Julius Witner, Marvin Hayes, C. H. Tisdale, J. H. Quick, Bob Lewis, J. F. Henderson, Frank Mees, P. J. Kasner, H. T. Dupriest, E. A. Hoelscher, J. G. Gausemeier.
