SHERIFF'S SALE NOTICE

The State of Texas, County of Falls,
       By virtue of an Alias Execution issued out ot the Honorable District Court of Falls County, on 21st day of October, A.D. 1931, by the Clerk thereof, in the case of Denning & Company versus American Benevolent Undertaking Company, No. 9645, and to me, as Sheriff, directed and delivered, I will proceed to sell for cash, within the hours prescribed by law for Sheriff's sales, on the First Tuesday in December, A.D. 1931, it being the First day of said month, before the Court House door of said Falls County, in the City of Marlin, the following described property, to wit:

       South one-half of Lot No. 2, Block No. 53, Rail Road Addition in the town of Rosebud, Falls County, Texas.

       Levied on as the property of American Benevolent Undertaking Company to satisfy a judgment amounting to $466.85 in favor of Denning & Company and costs of suit.

       Given under my hand this 5th day of November, 1931
