    Motion for rehearing was overruled by the Texas court of criminal appeals at Austin Wednesday in the case of Romulo Rodriguez, convicted of murder and given nine years in prison by a Falls jury in Falls county district court.
    The trial court verdict in the case recently was affirmed by the higher court.
