MEL-ROY AND RADIO ARTISTS RECEIVED WITH APPLAUSE

Concluding Performance in Marlin Tonight at 8:30-High School Auditorium.

Mel-Roy and his company of radio artists, now showing at the school auditorium and sponsored by the American Legion showed to an enthusiastic audience last night during their first performance in this city.  Impressing upon the audience he possessed no supernatural powers, some of the tricks and illusions he performed were so baffling that some went away believing he was "only fooling" when he made the statement.

His demonstrations in mental telepathy were equally baffling and mystifying.  Choosing firt the initials, then the full names of people in the audience, he answered questions asked mentally by those persons, having had no previous knowledge of either the persons or their problems.

Musical numbers by the radio artists were received with applause.

Mel-Roy's show is advertised as something different.  Those who saw the show last night agree that is.
