Members Discharged After Deliberat-
ing Since Late Previous
Day.

       Unable to reach a verdict, members of the jury were discharged and a mistrial declared shortly before noon today in the case of Elvin Arnold, charged with the burglary of a house of Alfred Roming near Eddy.  The defendant pleaded not guilty and asked a suspended sentence in event of conviction.
       Members of the jury were Tom Bryant, E. E. Copeland, Joe Johnson, J. C. Hargrave, B. A. Woltman, J. L. Pittman, Neeley Boone, H. H. Jones, V. C. Honnell, T. A. Powers, Allen Jones, J. W. Cosburn.
       The case went to the jury late Friday following arguments of counsel.
