ACTION GOES TO TRIAL
Taking of Testimony Begins Before
Jury in Falls County Dis-
trict Court.
The case of The Lott National Bank vs. Henry Lott, suit on a note with cross
action brought by the defendant, went to trial before a jury in Falls county
district court Wednesday afternoon.
Introduction of testimony began before a
jury composed of Henry Pottholff, J. R. Allen, J. H. Mosely, E. C. MIracle, Fred
Drews, W. R. James, R. W. Jolly, C. E. Pharis, J. B. Rasberry, B. O. Herrington,
J. D. McCaleb, Arnold Winkelman.
A recess in hearing of evidence was taken
today account of one of the attorneys in the case having to appear in the 10th
court of civil appeals at Waco. The trial will be resumed Friday.
