PLAINTIFF FILES SUIT ON
LIFE INSURANCE POLICY

       Suit has been filed in Falls county district court by Mrs. W. H. Gates of Chilton, joined by her husband, W. H. Gates, against the Milam County Mutual Life and Accident Association of Rockdale on a policy not to exceed $1000 on the life of Mrs. Rebecca Ann Cooley, who died May 20, 1931.
