GRANT DEFENDANT'S PLEA
FOR SUSPENDED SENTENCE

Jury Returns Verdict of Guilty in
Burglary Case in District Court.

A five-year suspended sentence was granted Henderson King, convicted by a jury in Falls county district court today of a charge of burglary of a houose of Tommie Westbrook at Satin.  The defendant pleaded not guilty, asking a suspended sentence in event of conviction.

Members of the jury were Tom Bryant, E. E. Copeland, Joe Johnson, J. C. Hargrave, B. A. Woltman, G. E. Sudberry, J. L. Pittman, Ed Braden, J. J. Gallaher, E. H. Jones, V. C. Honnell, Allen Jones.
