FRIENDSHIP CIRCLE MAKES
CHRISTMAS PROGRAM PLANS

"STRENGTH, SUBJECT OF LESSON PRESENTED
AT MEETING IN HOME

Plans for a Christmas program were made by members of the Friendship Circle at their regular November session in the of Mrs. H. Schmalz Thursday afternoon.

The meeting opened with song and Mrs. H. Pin( )ert led in prayer.  Roll call was answered with Bible verses containing the word "Strength," which was the subject of a scripture lesson conducted by Mrs. C. Augustat.

During the business session, good reports were received on visits, flowers and cards sent to the sick.  The sum of $5 was authorized donated to charity.

A social hour followed during which a crossword puzzle contest was held, Mrs. Paul Fischer receiving the award as winner.  Delicious refreshments were served.
