DRAMATIC CLUB
MEETING HELD MONDAY
-----

The Dramatic Club's second meeting of the year was held Monday afternoon at four o'clock in room twenty-one of the high school building. The president, Horace Goodrich, called the meeting to order and Jewel Kroll, secretary, called the roll and read the minutes of the previous meeting.  There were fifteen club members present and Miss Thaxton the sponsor.
The trio began the program with "To You" and "Moon Love."  Following these numbers came a brief talk by Frank Oltorf.  Frank told of the visits to the theaters while in New York.  He saw Katherine Helpburn, Frederick March, and others do on the stage in several remarkable performances.  This was a most fascinating and delightful experience and Frank related it in an interesting fashion.  Margaret Watkins then spoke on "History of the Drama."  This was not only a topic of interest to all but also very helpful in the study of literature.
After the business of the club was discussed, apples and candy were served and the meeting adjourned.
