HIGHER COURT AFFIRMS
CASE FROM FALLS COUNTY

Defendant Had Been Convicted on
Liquor Charge and Given
One Year.

The case of Frank Brai, convicted on a liquor charge by a jury in Falls county district court and given one year, was affirmed by the Texas court of criminal appeals at Austin Wednesday.

Brai is recalled as having conducted his own defense when arraigned, notice of appeal being given following overruling of motion for new trial.
