Answers to various special issues in favor of the defendants were
returned in the case of Mrs. Serene Peters et al vs. S. Kestenbaum and Ben
Winfield, who operate the Cameron Fruit and Grocery Company, when the case
came to trial here this week. Alleged negligence of an employe of the
company in leaving a truck parked on the public highway, after sunset without
any lights, causing fatal injuries to W.R. Peters of Lott, when his car
collided with the vehicle near Chilton, November 22, 1930, was charged by the
plaintiffs.
