Defendant Faces Charges
of Burglary and Theft

Charges of burglary and theft of property valued at over
$50 were filed in Marlin justice court Tuesday against L. T. Ray. Bond of $550
was fixed in each case pending grand jury action.
The defendant was arrested in connection with recovery of a part of a
quantity of cotton seed alleged to have disappeared from the barn of Geo. Stone
in the Eureka community.
